THDC Recruitment 2025- Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages.
- Application Shortlisting & Screening
- Post-Qualification Experience Evaluation
- Written Examination (if applicants exceed 50)
- Interview
The final merit list will be prepared based on.
- 75% weightage to Written Test (150 Marks)
- 25% weightage to Personal Interview (50 Marks)
Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for the interview. The final selection will be based on combined performance in both.
THDC Engineer & Executive Exam Pattern 2025
The written examination includes three sections: General Awareness, Reasoning, and Technical Discipline. The exam pattern is as follows:
