Selection Process of SIDBI New Recruitment 2024
The selection process includes three phases:
Phase I (Online Screening Exam):
- One paper with 7 sections, total 200 marks.
- Candidates who qualify based on SIDBI’s cut-off will proceed to Phase II.
Phase II (Online Examination):
- Two papers, total 200 marks.
- Candidates qualifying Phase II based on SIDBI’s cut-off will be called for an interview.
Phase III (Interview):
- 100 marks interview, with 25% marks for notable achievements in extracurricular activities (District/State/National Level), awards, etc. Documentary evidence required.
- Candidates will also undergo an online Psychometric Test to assess personality traits, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for the role. The test results may be considered during the interview.
Final Selection:
Based on performance in Phase II and the interview, along with Psychometric Test results.
